COVID-19 continues to spread globally; Indectron’s focus continues to be on the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers, suppliers and partners.
With the ever-changing impact of Covid-19 (Coronavirus), it is important that we all take the necessary precautions to minimise the spread of the virus.
With the fast changing nature of this global pandemic, we would like to update you on our position and the steps we are taking to ensure the safety, well being and productivity of our employees, customers, partners and suppliers.
It is important to share these steps that we have implemented to maximise the safety of everyone and minimise the disruption of the companies who operate within the Indectron group.
Indectron data centres are open for business and fully operational and we have activated our business continuity plans with the aim of providing seamless operations throughout our facilities.
In response to government guidance around social distancing and to limit interactions, we have implemented the following measures:
Continue to allow access requests for all customers in line with the Government social distancing measures ensuring 2.00m distances within the facility.
Assist customers where possible with easy access to Indectron’s remote hands service thus avoiding unnecessary travel.
Restricting all non-essential business travel for employees other than where this may have a material impact from a financial, reputational, or operational perspective.
Encourage the use of virtual meeting technology and remote conferencing to maintain business operations.
Maintain business continuity as employees work from home by adding cloud and network access points using secure, direct connections.
During these uncertain times we will continue to provide the service that all of our customers have come to expect – we will all come through this experience much stronger as we work together for the good of all.
Stay strong & stay safe.
